Powerful financial calculator lets you create and compare multiple loan and investment scenarios. It will calculate any variable in a loan or investment as you provide the others. Lets you easily create "What If" scenarios to help you make smart decisions.

Provides tips to learn its features and helpful examples you can use.

Share a loan or investment scenario by email or text.

LOANS
You provide three of the four values and it will give the other, plus compute the Total Interest paid. Loan Amount, Interest Rate, Years, Payment. (You can also set the number of payments per year if something other than "monthly" is wanted.)

Easily compare between loan options by copying a row and changing a different variable. For example, if a calculation results in a certain payment amount, copy the row and enter in that payment plus $200 extra and leave the years field blank to see how much sooner the loan will be paid off. Or copy again and see how much you could borrow with a different payment amount or a different interest rate.

Answers these questions:
• How much will my payment be?
• How much to pay off my loan sooner?
• How many years will the loan be if I pay an extra amount each month?
• How much can I borrow if I can pay a certain amount?
• What interest rate does that work out to be?

INVESTMENTS
You provide four of the five values and MoneyCalc Wiz will give the rest. Initial Amount, Yield, Years, Payment, Future Value. (You can also set the number of payments per year if something other than "monthly" is wanted.)

Easily compare between investment options by copying a row and changing a different variable. For example, if a calculation results in a certain future value, copy the row and enter in a different future value and leave the payment field blank to see how much would need to be added each period to reach the future value goal. Or copy again and see how many years it would take with a different payment amount or a different interest rate.

Answers these questions:
• How much do I need to put aside each month to reach my goal?
• What yield do I need to get on my investment?
• How much do I need to start with?
• How many years will it take to reach a future value?
• How much can I withdraw each year if I have a certain amount for retirement?
